The BlyDonian-Jankan-Techian Nakar IV treaty was a treaty between the BlyDonian Civilization, the Jankan Empire and the Trade Emergency Coalition that settled the status of Nakar IV. The inital plan was for the BlyDonians to slowly return Nakar IV to Jankan control, however three days after it was introduced, the new BlyDonian president Jax Nano terminated it. Bly reintroduced it on April 30th, 2011, although with a more instanteous effect.
